‘The Philadelphia Story’, by Phillip Barry was chosen to be the main production of the 70th anniversary year of St Brigid’s Drama Group.
This play is set in the 1930’s and tells the story of a wealthy socialite on the morning of her second wedding when both her ex-husband and a high society gossipy journalist turn up! Dramatic and comedic incidents ensue and the witty dialogue of the play makes for a very entertaining piece of theatre.
