At St Brigid’s Drama Group, we are proud to be one of Ireland’s longest-established drama groups, based here in Drogheda, Co. Louth. For decades, we have brought high-quality productions to local audiences, providing opportunities for creativity, storytelling, and community connection.

Each year, we stage one — sometimes two — full-scale productions. While many of our performances are sold out, the costs involved in creating a professional-standard show are significant. From venue hire, sets, costumes, lighting, sound, licensing, and insurance, each production represents a major financial commitment. Unfortunately, even with strong ticket sales, it is not uncommon for us to face a shortfall.
